Whatever You Think Is Marketing Isn’t the Most Important
The smallest things make the difference. If you’re so busy working that you can’t do your job, reassess the longevity of your schedule.
If emails don’t get open from colleagues, employees, or superiors and returned in a timely basis (48 hours is a long time in this immediate gratification society), OR if they get answered immediately…you’re putting out fires and not focusing on big picture items… there’s a longevity problem in that too.
Authentically present all the time is important. You can make mistakes as long as you acknowledge them. You can’t miss the small things. They are the really important part of the WHO anyone wants to work with.
