You will set goals, take action, and have my as your partner that will hold you accountable so you can reach these goals. You will be supported, cheered, and understood.
Telephone communication is the primary way your coaching with Debra occurs. In fact, for both of us, there will be fewer distractions. I’ll hear what you’re not saying.
All that’s required is that you’re able to find a quiet, private location without disruptions and with excellent phone service for clear communication. Land lines are often best but not mandatory if we’re successful with cell service. Traveling or doing something else while you’re on your call is not OK. If you want results, you want to focus.
Your appointments will be scheduled for an entire month in advance. That provides you the time that you need to do the work you need to keep moving forward on your path.
