ARE YOU WINNING OR JUST STUBBORN?

A few weeks ago I posted a blog (and video) about the importance of knowing when to quit. 

It’s worth a read and gets right to the point.

This is January …almost February. My point in revisiting this blog is that if your programs weren’t at capacity this month…

  • it could be time to quit them
  • it could be time to retool and remarket
  • it could be time to remarket alone

You’ll never have a louder more truthful message than the one you got in the 31 days we call January…until Jan 2016.

Assess what happened. How many did you expect? What was the target capacity for break-even? and profit?

When you realize that every program you have operating that is not at it’s capacity is not just a few more dollars in your program…but that it actually hurts you… you will take marketing to reach your capacity goal seriously.

1. Less than full programs set a precedence for the trainers who lead them.

2. They suggest you’re programs aren’t in demand to your prospects.

Ironically, the less crowded, the more empty spaces, the fewer people want to come.

Enough doom and gloom! Take a look at what’s full and in demand. Do more of it. And look at why it’s working. Was it the marketing? Was it the marketer? Was it something else?

You have to know when to quit, when to tweak, and when to pour on more.
